Where do you source your organic produce from?


We are proud owners of India's largest organic farm spread over 210 acres. We grow the largest number of food categories using advanced organic processes and methods.


How pure is your organic produce?


Our produce is 100 percent organic and pure! There are absolutely no pesticides or
adulterations infused during the process of cultivation. We use processes like vermi- composting and make our manure from our in-house livestock waste. 


Are your products certified organic?


Authenticity is our motto. We are the only organic farm using more than 32 types of natural bio composite in India and have all the necessary organic farming
certificates. They are both Indian and International such as FSSAI, Jaivik Bharat, NPOP, USDA. 


Why is your produce not shiny and lustrous?

 
Our produce isn’t shiny and lustrous because it’s grown and delivered organically. 
We don’t cover our fruits and vegetables with shiny wax coatings that are unfit and
unhealthy for consumption. 
What is the reason for the varied shapes of your organic produce?
Varied shapes are actually a sign of a genuine organic produce. Since it’s cultivated
organically and naturally without any additives, the shape and size of the produce
cannot be controlled. 

 
Does organic food have a unique taste?

 
No, organic produce doesn’t have a better or unique taste than artificially grown
produce. The key difference is that organic produce is more pure and healthy. 

 
Does cooking time increase with organic food?

 
No, on the contrary it reduces the cooking time. Resulting in huge savings on the
burning of gas and fuel, contributing to the less carbon footprint, therefore nurturing
mother nature 

Why is the organic produce bigger in size?

 
It depends on the cultivation method. If the produce is provided enough space and
naturally grown, the size increases naturally. We do not control or stop the growth of
our vegetables and fruits, allowing them to grow to whatever size. Without
hampering its natural growth by using any artificial means 

How do you grow so many Vegetables, Fruits, Dairy Products and Pulses
together?


We are proud owners of 210 vast and pristine farm lands in the heart of Rajasthan,
in Kotputli, so we are capable and able to produce all these produce all together.
These farmlands are converted into organic farms through a rigorous and
painstaking process, to ensure that all these products reach you directly from the
farms to your kitchen. 


Why is Your Organic Produce Priced Higher than Normal Produce (Non -
Organic) available in the Market ?


Our produce is 100% Organic and Pure with zero additives or infusions. The
pesticides and chemical infusion free product is naturally grown, using unique
processes and technology. We heavily invest in our processes and techniques to
ensure 100 % purity is not compromised.
These are Single origin Produce and are subject to seasonal variations. Therefore
resulting in limited availability per Hectare. We do not double or triple our crop using
pesticides in a less time frame, resulting in consuming more time and bigger areas to
grow less. On top of all this we pay our farmers more than double the market.
We have a subscription model that ensures that we supply you in bulk and on a
regular basis so that we can book your produce in bulk, bringing down the pricing by
more than 10 % on subscribing and you have access to our fresh produce in all

FAQ- PAYMENTS


How do I pay for my purchase?


Pushti offers you multiple payment methods. Whatever your online mode of
payment, you can rest assured that Pushti’s trusted payment gateway partners use
secure encryption technology to keep your transaction details confidential at all
times.
You may use Internet Banking, UPI, Cash on Delivery and Wallet to make your
purchase.
We also accept payments made using Visa, MasterCard and Maestro credit/debit
cards in India.


How do I pay using a credit/debit card?

We accept payments made by credit/debit cards issued in India.
We accept payments made using Visa and MasterCard credit cards.
To pay using your credit card at checkout, you will need your card number, expiry
date, and three-digit CVV number (found on the backside of your card). After
entering these details, you will be redirected to the bank's page for entering the
online 3D Secure password.
Debit cards
We accept payments made using Visa, MasterCard and Maestro debit cards.
To pay using your debit card at checkout, you will need your card number, expiry
date (optional for Maestro cards), three-digit CVV number (optional for Maestro
cards). You will then be redirected to your bank's secure page for entering your
online password (issued by your bank) to complete the payment.
 
Is it safe to use my credit/debit card on Pushti’s website?


Your online transaction on Pushti is secure with the highest levels of transaction
security currently available on the Internet. All credit card and debit card payments
on Pushti are processed through secure and trusted payment gateways managed by
leading banks. Banks now use the 3D Secure password service for online
transactions, providing an additional layer of security through identity verification.


Can I use my bank's Internet Banking feature to make a payment?


Yes, Pushti offers you the convenience of using your bank's Internet Banking service
to make a payment towards your order. With this you can directly transfer funds from
your bank account, while conducting a highly secure transaction. We accept payment
through Internet Banking from most of the Indian Banks


Can I use UPI or wallet to make a payment?


Yes, you can make UPI and Wallet payments through all leading service providers
(Google Pay, PAYTM,etc) on the Pushti mobile site.

Do you offer free shipping?


Yes! We currently offer free shipping on orders with value above 699 rupees.


Why is my shipment/order delayed?


If we are facing any disruption in the supply chain, due to any unforeseen
circumstances (like lock down or containment and restricted movements), shipments
may be delayed by a few days. Please allow additional days in transit for delivery. If
there will be a significant delay in shipment of your order, we will contact you via
email or telephone.
