Saunf (Fennel)

These fragrant seeds come from the herb Foeniculum vulgare. It is mostly grown in India and parts of the Mediterranean. Fennel seeds contain an aromatic essential oil that has antibacterial effects and helps in breath freshening. Fennel seed essential oils facilitate the release of digestive juices and enzymes, which help to enhance digestion.
